Wellen Commercial is a specialty division of Wellen Construction, a luxury home building and craftsmanship company with over 40 years of experience and history in New England. After designing dream homes for our clients, we began to receive many requests to assist in taking their professional spaces to the next level, as we do with home design and construction. So began our commercial work. Over the years we’ve become known for our expert craftsmanship, specializing in creating exceptional professional environments, including cutting-edge clinical spaces and state-of-the-art medical offices.

Our portfolio of projects ranges from new free-standing buildings to the renovation of existing spaces within commercial or professional developments. From Class-A high-rise buildings to suburban offices, we have built and renovated facilities for our clients and continue to maintain those relationships by providing ongoing services to sustain their businesses.

Our past and current projects span all of New England, but they are primarily located in Massachusetts. Our second biggest area is New Hampshire. Some of our many projects in that state include Byte Dentistry (Windham), Dental Designs of New England (Merrimack), and Focused Eye Care (Nashua), with a project in progress for Ahern, Nichols, Hersey & Butterfield Family Dentistry (Derry.)
