In one of our largest stand-alone projects to date, Wellen transformed a residential lot into an 8,500 square-foot professional complex with three units and 45 parking spaces. The project was commissioned by Tina Theroux, DMD, whose successful practice had outgrown its office in Grafton. Dr. Theroux was able to purchase property across the street from her office, which was used as a home site, but would accommodate a new professional building. Wellen demolished the vacant home, substantially re-graded the lot, and built a three-unit complex. Theroux Dental Associates now occupies the largest space, some 4,500 square feet. The two remaining units are now leased to other businesses.
