Wellen Commercial is a specialty division of Wellen Construction, which for more than four decades has built custom homes of exceptional quality for distinguished clients. Over time, many of those clients asked us to craft their professional spaces with the same level of quality and functionality that they enjoy in their homes. So began our commercial work.

Our initial commercial portfolio specialized in dental office design and construction, and we continue to create outstanding dental facilities that are simultaneously beautiful and technically advanced. Through this work, it was a natural evolution to apply our expertise to build clinical spaces for other care givers.

Wellen Commercial now focuses primarily on dental and medical offices. We have designed and built free-standing buildings and renovated spaces within existing buildings. We have worked in Class A high-rise buildings in major cities across New England, to leafy suburbs where architectural harmony is essential.
