Project Spotlight: 5 Clinical Practices That Integrate Luxury and Elevated Design
Clinical practices can often be perceived as mundane and uninspiring. But they don’t have to be. When we embark on an elevated design project, whether it be a new build or renovation, we look to collaborate closely with our clients and partners to craft spaces that surpass traditional expectations. This includes incorporating sophisticated design elements like high-end finishes, custom woodwork, and premium stone surfaces into each of our projects to offer luxurious spaces with a big impact.
Here’s a look at 5 clinical practices that were transformed into high-end clinical office designs and spaces.
Fixt Dental – Wellesley, MA
Fixt Dental is a Wellesley-based practice centered around self-care. It prides itself on listening to its clients’ needs to create a space that makes dentistry feel special. We partnered with Fixt Dental’s Dr. Jason Tubo and Studio Troika to bring their design of a luxury practice to life, building a space that felt elevated and not how a typical dentistry office might look. The most challenging portion of the project was integrating soft, modern lighting with the use of backlit Krion panels throughout the common areas. This feature really created the biggest impact aesthetically.

Aesthetic Smile Reconstruction – Waltham, MA
It’s not your ordinary strip mall clinic. Dr. Charles Sutera worked closely with our team on this design-build project to create a space that included five luxurious treatment rooms, a consultation area, and support spaces. This 2,000-square-foot dental practice in New England was constructed to provide patients with a comfortable experience.

Skin Center Boston – Brookline, MA
Designed by AFS Architects, we undertook the build of a stunning dermatology clinic in downtown Boston, blending the historic integrity of the building and aesthetic beauty. Our team ensured that every detail reflected our dedication to developing inspiring and uplifting spaces. For Dr. Vladyslava Doktor, this meant owning a personalized luxury clinical space that offers a sophisticated and urban environment focused on the patient’s comfort and well-being.

Chelian Orthodontics – Beverly, MA
A second practice construction was needed in Massachusetts after Dr. Suren Chelian realized that an ideal location in an upscale area was available and asked our team to craft the perfect, personalized space. The orthodontics practice is hardly ordinary, utilizing high-end, luxurious contemporary design elements such as a cloud ceiling motif and a custom curved oak reception desk.

Enzer & Associates – Providence, RI
The ultimate goal of the redesign and construction of this space was to create a cosmetic surgery practice that exudes modern design and techniques. For a respected surgeon like Dr. Yoash Enzer, a truly personalized and patient-focused office transformation was necessary for this central Rhode Island office. Our team worked closely with The Inside View on building out all the design components of the practice in order to create a luxurious and inviting atmosphere that reflects the excellence of Dr. Enzer’s reputation.
