Year-End Spotlight: Six Stunning Commercial Transformations We’re Proud Of!
As we wind down a busy year, we reflect on some of our most exciting commercial projects. Innovative and seamless transformations that are both simultaneously beautiful and technically advanced, these six standout spaces showcase the creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration that define our work.
This project stands as a prime example of seamless expansion and renovation. We transformed an adjoining office condo into a cohesive, state-of-the-art eye care center, expanding the facility to over 7,000 square feet across two floors. The space includes 12 exam rooms, a laboratory, administrative offices, and a spacious eyeglass display area. Integrating the two spaces required innovative solutions, such as installing a fire-rated overhead door for enhanced safety compliance.
This project demonstrates our ability to facilitate uninterrupted patient care while delivering tailored solutions that meet functional and aesthetic goals.
Dr. Dmitry Finkelberg’s vision to modernize a Victorian-era building into a medical clinic required a balance of historical preservation and advanced functionality. Our team delivered a 1,660-square-foot space featuring four exam rooms, support areas, and a reception area with custom cabinetry and millwork that honors the building’s period character. Despite a tight timeline, we completed the project in just 10 weeks, ensuring the practice’s smooth transition and continued operations.
This project highlights our expertise in blending historical charm with contemporary utility.
The team at Halstead Hopkinton, a luxury suburban apartment complex, approached us looking for an upgrade to their common spaces and guest facilities. Working closely with Halstead’s architect, we reconfigured and renovated the building, creating a larger recreational space by removing a carrying wall, adding structural supports, and installing custom flooring, ceramic tile, and millwork.
Completed in December 2023, this project represented how our expertise in residential can seamlessly carry over to commercial renovation.
Dr. Lisa Tyler’s vision for a patient-centered, modern clinic came to life when we converted a former yoga studio into a 1,200-square-foot endodontics practice. Built for more extended patient visits, the space combines clinical precision with patient comfort, featuring advanced treatment rooms, a sterilization center, and a welcoming lounge.
Completed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, this project highlights our adaptability and dedication to delivering high-quality results under challenging circumstances.
Dr. Michael Tantillo’s 1,100-square-foot aesthetic surgery clinic exemplifies our ability to deliver sophisticated, patient-focused medical spaces. The facility includes three examination rooms, consultation areas, and a staff lounge constructed to balance functionality with an upscale aesthetic.
Completed in 2017, this project underscores our dedication to creating environments that enhance patient experiences while supporting operational excellence.
Dr. Hubert Park’s dedication to family-oriented, community-focused care inspired the transforming of a 1,550-square-foot commercial space into a vibrant pediatric dental clinic. The clinic is functional and welcoming and features six private treatment rooms, bright interiors, and a custom mural by a local artist. We utilized Park’s innovative solutions, such as relocating mechanical systems to maximize treatment space, and completed this project in early 2021.
The result reflects Dr. Park’s vision of a practice that serves families with care and creativity.
